The Brandywine Springs PTO is a completely volunteer-run organization that serves  Brandywine Springs School in Wilmington, DE.  Our PTO supports many programs within our school building:

Brandywine Springs School PTO board is comprised of parents and teachers dedicated to the following objectives:

  • Enhancing the educational experience of all K-8 Brandywine Springs students by providing academic and enrichment resources that are not sufficiently provided in the school budget and are deemed necessary or desirable by the staff and parents and directly benefit the educational experience of the children at the school.
  • Continually improving the environment at Brandywine Springs and developing a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement in the classroom and at school events through volunteer opportunities and financial support.
  • Supporting an understanding, working relationship between the parents, teachers, administrators, coaches, support networks, and others interested in the objectives and success of Brandywine Springs School.

Brandywine Springs PTO Board will provide timely, practical information and communication in order to maintain a spirit of community and pride among current students and alumni to further enhance our objectives to provide a strong, safe, healthy, fun, educational environment for our students.

The PTO Membership – parents, teachers, and administrators – will support the elected Board by voting on the budget, independent major expenditures, and by voting on the members of the board and terms of board membership. PTO Membership provides voting rights at Board meetings.
